In the 16thth minute of the game Narcis Ţipirig who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club13's Horaţiu Zmărăndache was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eduard Mutu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39thth minute of the game Narcis Ţipirig who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club13's Horaţiu Zmărăndache was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Eduard Mutu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

55 minutes into the game, Niculae Azamfirei threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Luck's Gavril Neicu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Eduard Mutu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 57th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Narcis Ţipirig might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horaţiu Zmărăndache. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The Club13 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horaţiu Zmărăndache should have stopped the shot. Horaţiu Zmărăndache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silviu Hrandabur, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Narcis Ţipirig in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horaţiu Zmărăndache saved Club13 from getting behind. Gavril Neicu hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. When the match was over FC Luck could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club13 throughout the match.
