Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mircea Musceleanu started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Nistor Iftimescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Vertigo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nistor Iftimescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Nistor Iftimescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Vertigo's supporters rose to their feet, but Nistor Iftimescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mădălin Apostu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ivan Şumălan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Juventus PTM's Nikulás Benediktsson threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ivan Şumălan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 19th minute Nistor Iftimescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mădălin Apostu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivan Şumălan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Negru hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Cornel Bourceanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juventus PTM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Vertigo the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nistor Iftimescu in the 78th minute of play forced Juventus PTM's goalkeeper Mădălin Apostu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nistor Iftimescu struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Mădălin Apostu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Vertigo. After 95 played minutes Club Vertigo got a freekick which was hit by Nechifor Cucerdean. In the 96th minute Cornel Doman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikulás Benediktsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juventus PTM's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
