Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Remus Vermeşan kicked off to start the match. Dorin Arșanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Huștiu in the 4th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remus Vermeşan in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dorin Arșanu saved Rovine Craiova from getting behind. The supporters of ASF BAIA MARE -MM- booed when Rovine Craiova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valer Lobonț didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dorin Arșanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Huștiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandu Gheorghiu in the 17th minute of play forced Rovine Craiova's goalkeeper Dorin Arșanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Virgil Vergulescu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcel Chiriță. The goal made the score 1-0. Marcel Chiriță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dacian Patrichi in the 22nd minute of play. With a little luck, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Marcel Chiriță got control of the ball when Virgil Vergulescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zheng Wei Yong during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Virgil Vergulescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Marcel Chiriță made a huge save. Marcel Chiriță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valer Lobonț in the 40th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Rovine Craiova's Basarab Teleagă slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcel Chiriță. That made the score 2-0 after 42 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Rovine Craiova's Adam Vasiloiu got a free kick in the 44th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgil Vergulescu to make the kick off. In the 59th minute Virgil Vergulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Chiriță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcel Chiriță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basarab Teleagă in the 67th minute of play. Marcel Chiriță didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valer Lobonț went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Dacian Patrichi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Marcel Chiriță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to ASF BAIA MARE -MM- getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Celsinho Pereira hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basarab Teleagă in the 85th minute of play forced ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Marcel Chiriță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to ASF BAIA MARE -MM- getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Zdzislaw Rekowski hit a great ball. Marcel Chiriță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basarab Teleagă in the 91st minute of play. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Marcel Chiriță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valer Lobonț in the 92nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Sandu Gheorghiu got a free kick in the 93rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgil Vergulescu in the 94th minute of play forced ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Marcel Chiriță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
