Igor Kelemen had great luck who in the 42ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Remus Voican from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl-Michael Brask to make the kick off. Karl-Michael Brask struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Wagner Doro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Mugurel Bleoancă when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti made a substitution. Diego Tristan replaced Rareș Hănescu. In the 73rd minute Batalionul U23 Dorobanti were awarded a corner. Ponce Cruzado went to the cornerflag to take it. A throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game was made by Danang Macadangdang with Florin Cosor as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 96 minutes of play, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Remus Voican made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Igor Kelemen was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- fully deserved thier win.
