Chi Tzalov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Panait Vişoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 8 minutes into the match, GoalHunters's goal looked a bit too open when Dorin Stroici came free, but Daniel Jienescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chi Tzalov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Călin Pătrășconiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vintilă Vâtcu's late challenge caught a FC BaLiSt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vintilă Vâtcu helped the player get up and apologised. After 13 played minutes GoalHunters got a freekick which was hit by Vintilă Vâtcu. GoalHunters's Vintilă Vâtcu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Chi Tzalov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ionel Manafu hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octav Stoicescu in the 28th minute of play forced FC BaLiSt's goalkeeper Chi Tzalov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chi Tzalov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octav Stoicescu in the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the game, Xiao Chao Yan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Daniel Jienescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FC BaLiSt's Chi Tzalov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Călin Pătrășconiu in the 35th minute of play. Daniel Jienescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorin Stroici in the 37th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, FC BaLiSt's Dorin Stroici nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniel Jienescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 42 minutes into the game, Radomil Gotfryd was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GoalHunters's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC BaLiSt the free kick. Radomil Gotfryd hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Călin Pătrășconiu made a kick off. Chi Tzalov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octav Stoicescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. GoalHunters's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vintilă Vâtcu in the 53rd minute. Vintilă Vâtcu made a great header on GoalHunters's corner, it was just that FC BaLiSt's Chi Tzalov managed to reach the ball for a save. Daniel Jienescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xiao Chao Yan in the 54th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Octav Stoicescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. GoalHunters's supporters rose to their feet, but Octav Stoicescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chi Tzalov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 59 minutes into the game, FC BaLiSt's Xiao Chao Yan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniel Jienescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in FC BaLiSt's zone, Octav Stoicescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chi Tzalov came out of the goal and Octav Stoicescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC BaLiSt made a substitution. Emil Harhoiu replaced Valentin Zotincă. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panait Vişoiu in the 79th minute of play forced FC BaLiSt's goalkeeper Chi Tzalov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 82 in the game by Călin Pătrășconiu from a close distance when the talented Chi Tzalov managed to make a qualified save. FC BaLiSt's players were relieved. 85 minutes into the match, GoalHunters's Călin Pătrășconiu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chi Tzalov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emil Harhoiu in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Jienescu saved GoalHunters from getting behind. In the 89th match minute, FC BaLiSt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narcis Zgrăbunţa to maneuver through the defense. Vintilă Vâtcu, 90 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 93 minutes into the match, GoalHunters's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Harhoiu came free, but Daniel Jienescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC BaLiSt were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after GoalHunters's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ionel Manafu took the corner. FC BaLiSt's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
