If Mustafa Yaşar Tolunay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Eugeniusz Walczak came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the KS Powstańcy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugeniusz Walczak couldn't finish the play. A sloppy throw-in by Torsten Dahlgren in the 9th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by KS Powstańcy's Tomasz Nocny. Zdzislaw Wnukowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Waldemar Kornasiewicz went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Zdzislaw Wnukowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugeniusz Walczak in the 15th minute of play. Slawomir Kicia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Yaşar Tolunay in the 18th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Super Nova Galaxy's goal looked a bit too open when Eugeniusz Walczak came free, but Zdzislaw Wnukowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Eugeniusz Walczak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zdzislaw Wnukowski. Super Nova Galaxy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugeniusz Walczak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Rafal Hajder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Super Nova Galaxy defense, Rafal Hajder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zdzislaw Wnukowski. The Super Nova Galaxy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zdzislaw Wnukowski should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute Eugeniusz Walczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zdzislaw Wnukowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zdzislaw Wnukowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugeniusz Walczak in the 41st minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Super Nova Galaxy's goal looked a bit too open when Rafal Hajder came free, but Zdzislaw Wnukowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of KS Powstańcy booed when Super Nova Galaxy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manfredo Soeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eugeniusz Walczak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zdzislaw Wnukowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After the first half KS Powstańcy were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Zdzislaw Wnukowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafal Hajder, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The supporters of KS Powstańcy booed when Super Nova Galaxy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theo Francken didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th match minute, Super Nova Galaxy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roel De Scheper to maneuver through the defense. Rafal Hajder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, Super Nova Galaxy's goal looked a bit too open when Eugeniusz Walczak came free, but Zdzislaw Wnukowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zdzislaw Wnukowski made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Rafal Hajder sent off a good shot on target. Super Nova Galaxy's Zdzislaw Wnukowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Super Nova Galaxy from getting a goal against them. A collision led to KS Powstańcy getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Grzegorz Kinic hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by Theo Francken in the 78th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by KS Powstańcy's Grzegorz Kinic. After a defensive mix-up in Super Nova Galaxy's zone, Grzegorz Kinic stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zdzislaw Wnukowski came out of the goal and Grzegorz Kinic tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Super Nova Galaxy's Zdzislaw Wnukowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Super Nova Galaxy from getting a goal against them. Waldemar Kornasiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roel De Scheper charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roel De Scheper the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rafal Hajder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zdzislaw Wnukowski having to interfere. Zenon Gacek struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Zdzislaw Wnukowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KS Powstańcy. KS Powstańcy's Grzegorz Kinic got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
