In the 39th minute, Cezary Duda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Michal Miazga hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After the first half KS Ruch Chorzów were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

But to his dismay, Teobald Dyczkowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Jan Andrzejewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobald Dyczkowski in the 80th minute of the match. In the 84th minute, KS Ruch Chorzów's Jaroslaw Furtok ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jan Andrzejewski. Jan Andrzejewski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Witalis Bazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedrzej Kempski in the 92nd minute of play. A collision led to Zgierskie Zlewy getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Napoleon Literski hit a great ball. In the 95th minute, Jaroslaw Furtok got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded KS Ruch Chorzów left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Zgierskie Zlewy.
