Eugeniusz Soliwoda kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 12th match minute, Śląsk Bytom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Napoleon Wietrzychowski to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, STILON GORZÓW's Bernard Kosakowski got a free kick in the 13th minute. After some careless play in the STILON GORZÓW defense, Tymoteusz Kalinowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roland Zalipski. The STILON GORZÓW fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roland Zalipski should have stopped the shot. In the 18th match minute, STILON GORZÓW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milosz Serwach to maneuver through the defense. Roland Zalipski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roch Betonowy in the 19th minute of the match. If Bartosz Cetnar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tymoteusz Kalinowski hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 25th match minute, STILON GORZÓW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grzegorz Furlit to maneuver through the defense. Zdzislaw Jerzyk kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Śląsk Bytom's Piotr Gecionis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Furlit in the 31st minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernard Kosakowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Piotr Gecionis. That made the score 1-2 in the 35 minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Roch Betonowy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roland Zalipski. STILON GORZÓW's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roch Betonowy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. With a little luck, Śląsk Bytom's Piotr Gecionis got control of the ball when Waclaw Fiszer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leonard Cipinski hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Napoleon Wietrzychowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 48 minutes into the game, Roch Betonowy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Roland Zalipski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Waclaw Fiszer made a kick off. Waclaw Fiszer kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Roland Zalipski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartosz Cetnar in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Roch Betonowy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Śląsk Bytom fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. A collision led to STILON GORZÓW getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Grzegorz Furlit hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute Roch Betonowy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Zalipski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roland Zalipski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tymoteusz Kalinowski in the 66th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Roch Betonowy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Śląsk Bytom's supporters rose to their feet, but Roch Betonowy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roland Zalipski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. STILON GORZÓW's Roland Zalipski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartosz Cetnar in the 71st minute of play. Tymoteusz Kalinowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Roland Zalipski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Roch Betonowy took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Roland Zalipski to make any attempt to save it. In the 82nd minute of the match Leonard Cipinski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Piotr Gecionis skillfully saved the ball. After 83 played minutes STILON GORZÓW got a freekick which was hit by Roch Dzierwa. Piotr Gecionis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waclaw Fiszer in the 86th minute of the match. Bartosz Cetnar succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-7 in the 87th playminute. Piotr Gecionis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernard Kosakowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roch Betonowy struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Roland Zalipski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Śląsk Bytom. A collision led to Śląsk Bytom getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Bartosz Cetnar hit a great ball. In the 96th minute of the match Piotr Pietrowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Piotr Gecionis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The STILON GORZÓW fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Śląsk Bytom were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
