The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 10 played minutes MAVARK - Działoszyn got a freekick which was hit by Leon Jenkot. Tomasz Jaszcz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jedrzej Bierfass tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 minutes, Andrzej Markowski made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. MAVARK - Działoszyn's Jedrzej Bierfass tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olgierd Dziuma in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jedrzej Bierfass saved MAVARK - Działoszyn from getting behind. 24 minutes into the match, Olgierd Dziuma notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of MAVARK - Działoszyn's Jedrzej Bierfass. Jedrzej Bierfass was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the game, Hao Zhen Chen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MAVARK - Działoszyn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Red Devils the free kick. The supporters of Red Devils booed when MAVARK - Działoszyn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hao Zhen Chen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute Andrzej Markowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jedrzej Bierfass saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jedrzej Bierfass took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrzej Markowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Red Devils's goalkeeper Krzysztof Golaszewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hao Zhen Chen. In the 31st minute Andrzej Markowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jedrzej Bierfass saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, MAVARK - Działoszyn's Hao Zhen Chen got a free kick in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beniamin Kociniewski in the 37th minute of play forced Red Devils's goalkeeper Krzysztof Golaszewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wlodzimierz Henryk to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrzej Markowski in the 53rd minute of play forced MAVARK - Działoszyn's goalkeeper Jedrzej Bierfass to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olgierd Dziuma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrzej Markowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Jedrzej Bierfass made a huge save. 66 minutes into the game, MAVARK - Działoszyn's Hao Zhen Chen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Krzysztof Golaszewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Jedrzej Bierfass showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olgierd Dziuma in the 69th minute of the match. When Leon Jenkot fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MAVARK - Działoszyn's protests and gave Leon Jenkot a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th match minute, MAVARK - Działoszyn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Jenkot to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute of the match Damazy Hoffman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jedrzej Bierfass showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Krzysztof Golaszewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wlodzimierz Henryk, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Red Devils's Andrzej Markowski managed to work through MAVARK - Działoszyn's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Andrzej Markowski dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 84th minute Olgierd Dziuma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jedrzej Bierfass saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Andrzej Markowski could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Jedrzej Bierfass however easily saved by the left post. Jedrzej Bierfass made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Andrzej Markowski sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st minute, Radomil Zajonc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MAVARK - Działoszyn were furious when Steve Golding was red carded, 97 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in MAVARK - Działoszyn fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! The Red Devils supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Red Devils would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
