After 11 minutes, Tomasz Wisniewski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ and the PTB Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. 12 minutes into the game, PTB Football Club's Andrzej Sobczak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After the first half PTB Football Club were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Czeslaw Domala to make the kick off. Florian Indyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Domala in the 51st minute of play. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
