Iwan Wydrych hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Tadeusz Pionek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Klement Praski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Dom Spokojnej Młodości defense, Piotr Majewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Klement Praski. The Dom Spokojnej Młodości fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Klement Praski should have stopped the shot. Olaf Zacharek's late challenge caught a Dom Spokojnej Młodości's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olaf Zacharek helped the player get up and apologised. Bogdan Zatorski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szymon Wachna in the 40th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Dom Spokojnej Młodości's goal looked a bit too open when Iwan Wydrych came free, but Klement Praski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

A collision led to Dom Spokojnej Młodości getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Herbert Majdoch hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Powiśle Warszawa's Olaf Zacharek got a free kick in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabi Naze in the 56th minute of play forced Powiśle Warszawa's goalkeeper Bogdan Zatorski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Piotr Majewski in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Klement Praski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Klement Praski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotr Majewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Klement Praski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeusz Pionek in the 72nd minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Dom Spokojnej Młodości's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Majewski came free, but Klement Praski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
