The audience thought a goal was coming when Radoslaw Hajto got free with Lucjan Oborski in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucjan Oborski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radoslaw Hajto in the 8th minute. Radoslaw Skaradowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Borowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Zagłębie Dąbrowskie booed when Buldogi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeusz Karanowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 59 played minutes Buldogi got a freekick which was hit by Radoslaw Hajto. In the 67th minute Radoslaw Hajto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Oborski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Lucjan Oborski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radoslaw Hajto in the 70th minute of play.
