Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Simon Roche got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Balder Heintges was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SSV Ulm 1846's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arrows Academy FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Arrows Academy FC's Eddy Hill got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 7th minute Klemens Hugo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frankie Child saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frankie Child made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakob Fricke in the 8th minute of play. Amadeo Brase sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arrows Academy FC's Frankie Child played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Brase in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, Arrows Academy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddy Hill to maneuver through the defense. When Simon Roche came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Arrows Academy FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simon Roche couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Arrows Academy FC booed when SSV Ulm 1846 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakob Fricke didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

With a little luck, Arrows Academy FC's Frankie Child got control of the ball when Amadeo Brase tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 58 played minutes Arrows Academy FC got a freekick which was hit by Jim Ackroyd. Jim Ackroyd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Arrows Academy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Brase came free, but Frankie Child reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Arrows Academy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jakob Fricke came free, but Frankie Child reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simon Roche in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexander Strzelczyk saved SSV Ulm 1846 from getting behind. If Jim Ackroyd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, SSV Ulm 1846's Frankie Child threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Oskar Zimmert, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jakob Fricke received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Frankie Child came out and tried to block the shot, but Jakob Fricke slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 85th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Arrows Academy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oskar Zimmert came free, but Frankie Child reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Arrows Academy FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SSV Ulm 1846's performance. The match ended with a win for SSV Ulm 1846.
