The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oskar Nõumees during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th minute, Oskar Nõumees hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Kjetil Hellevik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Alf-Inge Hol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ennu Eluvee was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. 85 minutes into the match, Gædd FK's Kjetil Hellevik sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ennu Eluvee narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Severin Hussein's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ennu Eluvee was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. The supporters of Gædd FK booed when JK Shefid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Õigus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aivo Jomm hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Gædd FK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than JK Shefid.
