Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Niilo Vähäsavo came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Gædd FK's Severin Hussein. But to his dismay, Severin Hussein quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 18th minute Toivo Karhu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Berglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niilo Vähäsavo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alf-Inge Hol went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. A collision led to Gædd FK getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Kjetil Hellevik hit a great ball. In the 29th minute Toivo Karhu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Berglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toivo Karhu in the 30th minute of play forced Gædd FK's goalkeeper Andreas Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Savon Palloseura's goal looked a bit too open when Severin Hussein came free, but Niilo Vähäsavo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Savon Palloseura's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Severin Hussein was slow to take the kick. During this time Gædd FK's players had a chance to rest. Niilo Vähäsavo came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Gædd FK's Alf-Inge Hol. But to his dismay, Alf-Inge Hol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 38th minute, Severin Hussein ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niilo Vähäsavo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The Savon Palloseura players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gædd FK were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Toivo Karhu to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alf-Inge Hol in the 53rd minute of play forced Savon Palloseura's goalkeeper Niilo Vähäsavo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severin Hussein got free with Niilo Vähäsavo in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Silvo Kenig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andreas Berglund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvo Kenig in the 70th minute of the match. Andreas Berglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toivo Karhu in the 77th minute of play. Andreas Berglund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaarle Väätäinen, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Silvo Kenig kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Severin Hussein was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 89th minute. Gædd FK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 90th minute of the match, Alf-Inge Hol tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Niilo Vähäsavo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 91st match minute, Savon Palloseura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvo Kenig to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Gædd FK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
