In the 14th minute Tauri Roost shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wei Bing Ran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute of the match FC Hugo got a corner. Real Chelsea's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wei Bing Ran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maarek Nisu, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Crispin Mimms kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Wei Bing Ran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tauri Roost, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristjan Öövel might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wei Bing Ran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After taking down the ball on FC Hugo's corner Tauri Roost fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wei Bing Ran quite easily take care of the ball. Andre Pere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tyler Tolley in the 59th minute of play. Andre Pere dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. The FC Hugo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Hugo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
