Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andreas Haugsdal started the match with the kick off. Justs Budnieks took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Haugsdal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flogo FF's Jan-Aage Eklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aivis Bukevics in the 16th minute of play. Justs Budnieks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Haugsdal in the 28th minute of the match. If Christian Kaspersen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Aage Eklund was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pēteris Kapteinis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 33 minute of play. Christian Butt's late challenge caught a Black horses's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Butt helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th match minute, Flogo FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Butt to maneuver through the defense. Lauris Kārlis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jan-Aage Eklund. Flogo FF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 41st minute, Vegard Bakke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, Flogo FF's goal looked a bit too open when Pēteris Kapteinis came free, but Jan-Aage Eklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute Pēteris Kapteinis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Aage Eklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Black horses's zone, Marius Moldskred stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justs Budnieks came out of the goal and Marius Moldskred tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Magne Berre kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aivis Bukevics was the one to do the kick off. Andreas Haugsdal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Andreas Haugsdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pēteris Kapteinis in the 62nd minute of play forced Flogo FF's goalkeeper Jan-Aage Eklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Black horses's goalkeeper Justs Budnieks had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ørjan Moen. Black horses's Auseklis Blitsons was substituted for Pēteris Kapteinis. In the 71st minute, Christian Butt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute, Mihails Groziņš got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Black horses's Ermīns Ratmanis got a free kick in the 95th minute.
