After a defensive mix-up in Korona Kielce's zone, Teis Okking stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gary Ingram came out of the goal and Teis Okking tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Maciej Korzym's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Terkild Lukasen was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. In the 20thth minute of the game Maciej Korzym who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AB Tårnby's Terkild Lukasen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. AB Tårnby's Terkild Lukasen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacek Kielb in the 22nd minute of play. Gary Ingram made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Teis Okking sent off a good shot on target. After 31 played minutes Teis Okking rounded Korona Kielce's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. The Korona Kielce fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Korona Kielce's Stephen Duxbury looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ronni Saxler's late challenge caught a Korona Kielce's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ronni Saxler helped the player get up and apologised. Ronni Saxler hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Terkild Lukasen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Sobolewski in the 45th minute of the match. The supporters of AB Tårnby booed when Korona Kielce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lee Sissons didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 72nd minute, Stephen Duxbury got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Terkild Lukasen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Sobolewski in the 74th minute of the match. Teis Okking sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 84 played minutes Korona Kielce got a freekick which was hit by Marcin Cebula.
