Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Thorbjørn Engsholm started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th match minute, Savage Hippo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vaclovas Jacinaitis to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the match, Saco FC's goalkeeper Jannich Brolyng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jotautas Bakštys. Jannich Brolyng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romualdas Podėris in the 9th minute. Jannich Brolyng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vytaras Liaudanskas in the 10th minute. After 12 played minutes Saco FC got a freekick which was hit by Thorkil Estvad. Savage Hippo's Algimantas Zakaras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wolfgang Bartolini in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jotautas Bakštys in the 33rd minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Jannich Brolyng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vytaras Liaudanskas in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Jotautas Bakštys cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jannich Brolyng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 41st minute of the match, Jotautas Bakštys tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jannich Brolyng saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Saco FC from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jotautas Bakštys to make the kick off. Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jotautas Bakštys in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduardas Girčius in the 53rd minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Jannich Brolyng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Savage Hippo were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Saco FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Vaclovas Jacinaitis took the corner. Jannich Brolyng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jotautas Bakštys in the 59th minute of the match. Jannich Brolyng came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Savage Hippo's Eduardas Girčius. But to his dismay, Eduardas Girčius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 64 minutes into the game, Savage Hippo's Jotautas Bakštys nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jannich Brolyng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 68th minute Jotautas Bakštys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jannich Brolyng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Saco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jotautas Bakštys came free, but Jannich Brolyng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jannich Brolyng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vytaras Liaudanskas in the 71st minute of play. After some careless play in the Saco FC defense, Jotautas Bakštys kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jannich Brolyng. The Saco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jannich Brolyng should have stopped the shot. Saco FC's Jannich Brolyng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jotautas Bakštys in the 76th minute of play. Jannich Brolyng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jotautas Bakštys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jotautas Bakštys in the 86th minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Jannich Brolyng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jannich Brolyng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vytaras Liaudanskas in the 87th minute of play. Jannich Brolyng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romualdas Podėris in the 89th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Eduardas Girčius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Savage Hippo's supporters rose to their feet, but Eduardas Girčius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jannich Brolyng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romualdas Podėris scored 8-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jannich Brolyng, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Savage Hippo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
