Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Christian Liknes started the match with the kick off. Edvin Hodneland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Liknes in the 4th minute of the match. If Christian Liknes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Edvin Hodneland successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 16 minutes into the game, Christian Liknes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edvin Hodneland. Christian Liknes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Saga TF's zone, Christer Kaland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvin Hodneland came out of the goal and Christer Kaland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute, Sebastian Kvernmo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Edvin Hodneland. The goal made the score 3-0. 38 minutes into the match, Saga TF's goal looked a bit too open when Helge Fonnes came free, but Edvin Hodneland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvin Hodneland was out of position in the 41 minute of play, and Christian Liknes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Christian Liknes really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jens Garberg to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Saga TF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by August Gamst to maneuver through the defense. Saga TF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christian Liknes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Sebastian Kvernmo took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edvin Hodneland. Edvin Hodneland dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 79 minutes into the match, Saga TF's goal looked a bit too open when Christer Kaland came free, but Edvin Hodneland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roar Walberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Edvin Hodneland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, Saga TF's goal looked a bit too open when Christer Kaland came free, but Edvin Hodneland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91stth minute of the game Lasse Forsmo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saga TF's Edvin Hodneland was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 94th minute, Sebastian Kvernmo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edvin Hodneland was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. When the referee ended the match the Daustad players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
