Totti FC's Birger Søbstad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barrie Newell in the 2nd minute of play. Clapham Comets F.C. were awarded a corner in the 3th minute after Totti FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Barrie Newell took the corner. In the 9th minute Ashley Gardiner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birger Søbstad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A well-hit corner resulted in Francesco Fabregas heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Wilhelm Velde's late challenge caught a Clapham Comets F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilhelm Velde helped the player get up and apologised. Wilhelm Velde kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After 18 minutes of play, Clapham Comets F.C.'s Barrie Newell made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Birger Søbstad was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Rupert Hampshire came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Clapham Comets F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rupert Hampshire couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barrie Newell in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Birger Søbstad saved Totti FC from getting behind. In the 25th match minute, Clapham Comets F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calum Frost to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Clapham Comets F.C.'s zone, Øivind Ensrud stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Beat came out of the goal and Øivind Ensrud tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barrie Newell in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Birger Søbstad saved Totti FC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barrie Newell in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Birger Søbstad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st minute, Leon Foss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the match, Totti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rupert Hampshire came free, but Birger Søbstad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Totti FC's Leon Foss got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Birger Søbstad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barrie Newell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Clapham Comets F.C.'s Barrie Newell in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience was convinced that Barrie Newell's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Birger Søbstad was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. In the 44th minute Ashley Gardiner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birger Søbstad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 minutes of play, Clapham Comets F.C.'s Barrie Newell made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Birger Søbstad was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Barrie Newell was the one to do the kick off. Barrie Newell's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Birger Søbstad skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Barrie Newell had several of the Totti FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 71 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Birger Søbstad as he didn't even see the shot coming. 77 minutes into the match, Totti FC's goalkeeper Birger Søbstad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ashley Gardiner. After a rather tough play, Totti FC's Harald Gjessing got a free kick in the 78th minute. Barrie Newells short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Birger Søbstad to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Clapham Comets F.C. getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Brad Symons hit a great ball. Birger Søbstad came out of the goal and Rupert Hampshire tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rdth minute of the game Øivind Ensrud who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clapham Comets F.C.'s Felix Beat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Birger Søbstad came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Clapham Comets F.C.'s Barrie Newell. But to his dismay, Barrie Newell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Clapham Comets F.C. played a much better game than Totti FC and deserved their victory. The Totti FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
