Torben Steenhede hit a great ball. 6 minutes into the match, Hønning's goalkeeper Folmar Dandanell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Poll. When Hønning's Therkil Varsing in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Großberghofen's goalie prevented a goal. If Therkil Varsing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Therkil Varsing fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hønning's protests and gave Therkil Varsing a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Hønning getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Therkil Varsing hit a great ball. Folmar Dandanell acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 18th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Eusebio Hörner. Folmar Dandanell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antoine Heidsiek in the 21st minute of the match. A collision led to Großberghofen getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Cornelis König hit a great ball. Folmar Dandanell made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Arthur Auchter sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th minute, Torben Steenhede hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Folmar Dandanell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arthur Auchter in the 34th minute. Folmar Dandanell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antoine Heidsiek in the 41st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Hønning's Per Nørbjerg got a free kick in the 41st minute. Folmar Dandanell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antoine Heidsiek in the 45th minute of play. Antoine Heidsiek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Folmar Dandanell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antoine Heidsiek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Sebastian Blatzheim notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Hønning's Folmar Dandanell. Folmar Dandanell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Folmar Dandanell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antoine Heidsiek in the 55th minute of play. In the 55th match minute, Hønning was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samson Erreboe to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Ferdinand Romholt got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Eusebio Hörner hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, Hønning's Per Nørbjerg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ruben Pieschke narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hønning's Folmar Dandanell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelis König in the 65th minute of play. After 67 played minutes Großberghofen got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Hörner. Ferdinand Romholt hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Hønning's attentive Freddie Bergenhammer managed to snatch the ball when Jakob Pretzer made a throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 75th minute Arthur Auchter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folmar Dandanell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Folmar Dandanell came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Großberghofen's Cornelis König. But to his dismay, Cornelis König quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Folmar Dandanell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Blatzheim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hønning's Folmar Dandanell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoine Heidsiek in the 80th minute of play. Samson Erreboe struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ruben Pieschke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hønning. Großberghofen's Ruben Pieschke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Nørbjerg in the 83rd minute of play. Folmar Dandanell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antoine Heidsiek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 minutes, Eusebio Hörner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Großberghofen and the Hønning players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Großberghofen's Eusebio Hörner got a free kick in the 88th minute. Ferdinand Romholt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samson Erreboe hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Thorfinn Felvig lost his temper 96 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hønning! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Großberghofen had played much better football throughout.
