Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Æsir Ásgarðr's Skjöldur Reimarsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Mikael Kandil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 5 minutes of play, Hønning's Per Nørbjerg made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kolbeinn Ármannsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Askild Enes short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Kolbeinn Ármannsson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Romholt in the 14th minute of play forced Æsir Ásgarðr's goalkeeper Kolbeinn Ármannsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Hønning's goal looked a bit too open when Skarphéðinn Ormarsson came free, but Folmar Dandanell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Folmar Dandanell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Skarphéðinn Ormarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the game, Askild Ene cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Kolbeinn Ármannsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Æsir Ásgarðr getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Jarl Kormáksson hit a great ball. Kolbeinn Ármannsson came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Hønning's Eberhardt Næsager. But to his dismay, Eberhardt Næsager quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. When Teodor Tørnbak came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Hønning fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodor Tørnbak couldn't finish the play. Æsir Ásgarðr's Kolbeinn Ármannsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eberhardt Næsager in the 42nd minute of play. Folmar Dandanell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathías Friðþjófsson in the 44th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Per Nørbjerg took a quick shot and it went in 8-0 without a chance for Kolbeinn Ármannsson to make any attempt to save it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per Nørbjerg was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eberhardt Næsager in the 52nd minute of play forced Æsir Ásgarðr's goalkeeper Kolbeinn Ármannsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferdinand Romholt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Kolbeinn Ármannsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per Nørbjerg took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kolbeinn Ármannsson. Kolbeinn Ármannsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. In the 62nd minute, Per Nørbjerg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kolbeinn Ármannsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. Kolbeinn Ármannsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Nørbjerg in the 65th minute of play. Skjöldur Reimarsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Folmar Dandanell made a huge save. Ferdinand Romholt's late challenge caught a Æsir Ásgarðr's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferdinand Romholt helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Hønning's Ferdinand Romholt got a free kick in the 68th minute. A hard shot by Örn Týrsson from long distance, 69 minutes into the match, got Folmar Dandanell's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 70 minutes into the match, Per Nørbjerg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kolbeinn Ármannsson. Æsir Ásgarðr's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Per Nørbjerg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0. Kolbeinn Ármannsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eberhardt Næsager, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Per Nørbjerg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hønning fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. Ferdinand Romholt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Kolbeinn Ármannsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kolbeinn Ármannsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per Nørbjerg, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Kolbeinn Ármannsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinand Romholt in the 80th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Per Nørbjerg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kolbeinn Ármannsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mikael Kandil hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Æsir Ásgarðr defense, Eberhardt Næsager kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kolbeinn Ármannsson. The Æsir Ásgarðr fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kolbeinn Ármannsson should have stopped the shot. Per Nørbjerg scored 14-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kolbeinn Ármannsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Hønning's Per Nørbjerg got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When the referee ended the match the Hønning players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
