Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Valdas Ignatavičius successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 22nd minute, Kęstutis Jakubauskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valdas Ignatavičius came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tiger's Tor Jäger. But to his dismay, Tor Jäger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Roswin Westermayer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Tor Jäger made a precise shot to the right of Valdas Ignatavičius. Lithuanian amber's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. 37 minutes into the match, Lithuanian amber's goalkeeper Valdas Ignatavičius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tor Jäger. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roswin Westermayer in the 39th minute of play forced Lithuanian amber's goalkeeper Valdas Ignatavičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Benas Dokšas notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Tiger's Wolf Poll. Wolf Poll was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benas Dokšas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Benas Dokšas came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Lithuanian amber fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benas Dokšas couldn't finish the play. 57 minutes into the match, Lithuanian amber's goal looked a bit too open when Arvid Wacker came free, but Valdas Ignatavičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tor Jäger scored 6-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valdas Ignatavičius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 65 minutes into the game, Tiger's Roswin Westermayer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valdas Ignatavičius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. Tiger's Hartfrid Hirtzel was substituted for Olgierd Lato. In the 73rd minute Tor Jäger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdas Ignatavičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdas Ignatavičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tor Jäger in the 84th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Tor Jäger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tiger fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-1. After some careless play in the Lithuanian amber defense, Ulrich Pickartz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdas Ignatavičius. The Lithuanian amber fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdas Ignatavičius should have stopped the shot. 94 minutes into the game, Remigijus Damijonas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Lithuanian amber fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdas Ignatavičius should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tiger fully deserved thier win.
