The supporters of Fluffy White Bunnies booed when Henley on Thames United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Simpson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th match minute, Fluffy White Bunnies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Taavet Lang to maneuver through the defense. If Rowan Ryder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ross Armitage showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ander Raidma in the 11th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rowan Ryder got free with Egert Velberg in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Fluffy White Bunnies's Egert Velberg got control of the ball when Rowan Ryder tried to sneak it across the goal line. Egert Velberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rowan Ryder in the 20th minute. In the 25th minute, Rowan Ryder ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egert Velberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Ander Raidma took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ross Armitage. Ross Armitage dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 35th minute, Glenn Westwood ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egert Velberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Egert Velberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glenn Westwood in the 39th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rowan Ryder got free with Egert Velberg in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rowan Ryders short, quick shot in the 43rdth minute got Egert Velberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 46 minutes into the match, Glenn Westwood had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Egert Velberg. Fluffy White Bunnies's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Glenn Westwood was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Glenn Westwood was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Rowan Ryder made a precise shot to the right of Egert Velberg. Fluffy White Bunnies's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Walter Texier was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 59 minutes into the match. Henley on Thames United made a substitution. The referee showed Urmo Tuur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tony Plumber replaced Rowan Ryder. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, João Vítor Donato managed to get in a good position for a shot. Henley on Thames United's supporters rose to their feet, but João Vítor Donato was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Egert Velberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute, Tony Plumber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The tension between the Fluffy White Bunnies and the Henley on Thames United players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Fluffy White Bunnies defense, Rainerio Buche kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Egert Velberg. The Fluffy White Bunnies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Egert Velberg should have stopped the shot.
