Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rio Dunn got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Club Atlético de Newell booed when Gone With the Win was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jez Mabbutt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ed Ingram came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético de Newell's Johnny Burns. But to his dismay, Johnny Burns quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Gone With the Win's goal looked a bit too open when Olly Nethercot came free, but Ed Ingram reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Olly Nethercot took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ed Ingram to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Club Atlético de Newell booed when Gone With the Win was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harvey Featherstone didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 18 played minutes Gone With the Win got a freekick which was hit by Jez Mabbutt. In the 19th minute, Magno da Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 33 minutes, Bobby Bear managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético de Newell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bobby Bear was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Rio Dunn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Johnny Burns ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ed Ingram was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After some careless play in the Gone With the Win defense, Olly Nethercot kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ed Ingram. The Gone With the Win fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ed Ingram should have stopped the shot. After having played for 41 minutes, Greg Bastow managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético de Newell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Greg Bastow was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Gone With the Win's Ed Ingram got control of the ball when Johnny Burns tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jez Mabbutt kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Johnny Burns sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olly Nethercot to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Johnny Burns got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Johnny Burns might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ed Ingram. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Johnny Burns ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 72ndth minute of the game Johnny Burns who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gone With the Win's Ed Ingram was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ed Ingram showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olly Nethercot in the 79th minute of the match. Greg Bastow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Johnny Burns hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Jez Mabbutt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gone With the Win's Ed Ingram played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnny Burns in the 90th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Kyle Eglington left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gone With the Win fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. There was no doubt that Club Atlético de Newell were the better team. Club Atlético de Newell's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
