Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ronald Breitbücher kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Evert Heremans notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of The Nerd Herd's Asmund Sjøberg. Asmund Sjøberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bård Kjærvik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ismail Köhler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brage Vetrhus went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Brage Vetrhus took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ismail Köhler. Ismail Köhler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Brage Vetrhus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ismail Köhler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, The Nerd Herd's Brage Vetrhus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ismail Köhler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 26 minutes of play, The Nerd Herd's Brage Vetrhus made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ismail Köhler was left in no man's land by his defense there! Brage Vetrhus scored 1-4 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismail Köhler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 35 minutes into the match, Brage Vetrhus notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of De Gulden Draak's Ismail Köhler. Ismail Köhler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Brage Vetrhus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ismail Köhler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brage Vetrhus in the 38th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brage Vetrhus to make the kick off. Asmund Sjøberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ellis Thierse in the 50th minute of play. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind De Gulden Draak's goalkeeper Ismail Köhler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. De Gulden Draak's Ismail Köhler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save De Gulden Draak from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, De Gulden Draak's Konstantin Havemann got a free kick in the 56th minute. Ismail Köhler was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Brage Vetrhus capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Brage Vetrhus really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. 68 minutes into the match, De Gulden Draak's goal looked a bit too open when Brage Vetrhus came free, but Ismail Köhler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismail Köhler was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Brage Vetrhus capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Brage Vetrhus really showed his touch with that goal: 1-7. Brage Vetrhus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ismail Köhler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Konstantin Havemann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brage Vetrhus struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Ismail Köhler didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Nerd Herd. Brage Vetrhus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ismail Köhler having to make a save. Ismail Köhler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brage Vetrhus in the 83rd minute of play. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by De Gulden Draak's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bård Kjærvik was slow to take the kick. During this time The Nerd Herd's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on The Nerd Herd's corner Bård Kjærvik fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ismail Köhler quite easily take care of the ball. Asmund Sjøberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronald Breitbücher, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. With a little luck, De Gulden Draak's Ismail Köhler got control of the ball when Brage Vetrhus tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 94 minutes, Ellis Thierse mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Gulden Draak and the The Nerd Herd players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th minute, Ellis Thierse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ismail Köhler made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Brage Vetrhus sent off a good shot on target. The The Nerd Herd supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing The Nerd Herd would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
