The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Strib Galacticos IF's zone, Norberto Indalecio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hasan Fuleager came out of the goal and Norberto Indalecio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 7th minute, Kutsikad's Kevin Ööpik ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hasan Fuleager. Hasan Fuleager yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Hasan Fuleager took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Ööpik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Strib Galacticos IF's Astap Khramov got a free kick in the 13th minute. When Hagbard Ribov fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Strib Galacticos IF's protests and gave Hagbard Ribov a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, Hagbard Ribov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kutsikad's Daniel Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Oper in the 25th minute of play. Daniel Buffon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timo Rokmann went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Norberto Indalecio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Hasan Fuleager made a huge save. Daniel Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Oper in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match Strib Galacticos IF got a corner. Kutsikad's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vlad Pâslaru ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Urbano Cevallo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kutsikad's Daniel Buffon did a great save. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Norberto Indalecio put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Hasan Fuleager. 41 minutes into the match, Urbano Cevallo notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Kutsikad's Daniel Buffon. Daniel Buffon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Astap Khramov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Buffon having to interfere. Daniel Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urbano Cevallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After 50 played minutes Kutsikad got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Elorri. A hard shot by Vlad Pâslaru from long distance, 51 minutes into the match, got Daniel Buffon's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Hasan Fuleager showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Indalecio in the 53rd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, Kutsikad's goalkeeper Daniel Buffon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Astap Khramov. Daniel Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Astap Khramov in the 62nd minute. Hasan Fuleager showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Ööpik in the 67th minute of the match. Kutsikad's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Sonni Engklint scored to the left of an out of position Daniel Buffon, making the score, 2-3. Strib Galacticos IF's Hasan Fuleager played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Isak in the 90th minute of play. Hagbard Ribov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Daniel Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Strib Galacticos IF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
