Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Saúl Gentiletti started the match with the kick off. SC Otten's Olaf Lübke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saúl Gentiletti in the 7th minute of play. Vilmantas Matulas made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Ronnie Schilder sent off a good shot on target. Olaf Lübke didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saúl Gentiletti went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. SC Otten's Olaf Lübke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saúl Gentiletti in the 16th minute of play. Olaf Lübke came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Žalia Giria's Saúl Gentiletti. But to his dismay, Saúl Gentiletti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of SC Otten booed when FC Žalia Giria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Astijus Orbakas didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Žalia Giria's Vilmantas Matulas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save FC Žalia Giria from getting a goal against them. 29 minutes into the match, SC Otten's goal looked a bit too open when Saúl Gentiletti came free, but Olaf Lübke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Vilmantas Matulas managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when SC Otten's Ronnie Schilder fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. FC Žalia Giria's Jack Grealish was substituted for Vytautas Petkus. After taking down the ball on SC Otten's corner Hansjörg Görlitz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vilmantas Matulas quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saúl Gentiletti in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olaf Lübke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Saúl Gentiletti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 39 minutes into the match, SC Otten's goal looked a bit too open when Saúl Gentiletti came free, but Olaf Lübke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC Žalia Giria getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Ramūnas Lipskis hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rudi Tenhagen to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronnie Schilder in the 54th minute of play forced FC Žalia Giria's goalkeeper Vilmantas Matulas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SC Otten's Olaf Lübke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saúl Gentiletti in the 56th minute of play. Olaf Lübke was a little too slow when Saúl Gentiletti got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-3. SC Otten's Mirco Maier was substituted for Rudi Tenhagen. In the 66th match minute, FC Žalia Giria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jack Grealish to maneuver through the defense. FC Žalia Giria made a substitution. Augustinas Baltramaitis replaced Saúl Gentiletti. FC Žalia Giria made a substitution. Algitas Kimbartas replaced Dovydas Varnas. After 67 played minutes FC Žalia Giria got a freekick which was hit by Jack Grealish. SC Otten's Olaf Lübke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save SC Otten from getting a goal against them. The supporters of FC Žalia Giria booed when SC Otten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heinrich Langer didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Žalia Giria's Algitas Kimbartas got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Algitas Kimbartas kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. With 85 minutes on the clock, Hellmut Klasen commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. SC Otten:s Olaf Lübke showed great skill when he stopped Jack Grealish:s penalty. In the 86th minute, Jack Grealish made a precise shot to the right of Olaf Lübke. SC Otten's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Augustinas Baltramaitis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the SC Otten defense, Algitas Kimbartas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olaf Lübke. The SC Otten fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olaf Lübke should have stopped the shot. Vilmantas Matulas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mirco Maier in the 96th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Mirco Maier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Otten fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Žalia Giria had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
