Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dorking United FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matthew Brookman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jasper Delamore in the 6th minute of play forced Dorking United FC's goalkeeper Trevor Burns to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30thth minute of the game Pete Pope who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Egg Chasers FC's Fabien Barthez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 45 minutes of play, Egg Chasers FC's Matthew Brookman made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. With a little luck, Dorking United FC's Trevor Burns got control of the ball when Matthew Brookman tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Jasper Delamore reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Trevor Burns. The goal made the score 1-4. After 56 played minutes Egg Chasers FC got a freekick which was hit by Lee Bannatyne. After a rather tough play, Egg Chasers FC's Des Wicks got a free kick in the 57th minute. Trevor Burns was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Des Wicks showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-5 in the 61 minute of play. In the 65th minute Tommy Sparks shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabien Barthez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
