An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Martines in the 6th minute of play forced Eagle FC's goalkeeper Ergys Durollari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Arianit Toptani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 10th minute Arianit Toptani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiros Manouselis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Ergys Durollari managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO's Désiré Kaká fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 19 minutes into the game, Arianit Toptani cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Vladimiros Manouselis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentinos Karapialis in the 45th minute of play forced Eagle FC's goalkeeper Ergys Durollari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Eagle FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Martines came free, but Ergys Durollari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pirro Lenja stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pirro Lenja got free with Vladimiros Manouselis in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 59 minutes into the match, Désiré Kaká notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Eagle FC's Ergys Durollari. Arianit Toptani's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Vladimiros Manouselis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pirro Lenja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiros Manouselis having to interfere. If Pirro Lenja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the match, Valentinos Karapialis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ergys Durollari. Eagle FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valentinos Karapialis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Arianit Toptani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pirro Lenja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiros Manouselis having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO fans cheered their team off the field, for while Eagle FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
