In the 24th minute, Michalis Sardelas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charilaos Katevatis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Charilaos Katevatis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michalis Sardelas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over INTER could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Highway to Hell throughout the match.
