After some careless play in the Green Hell F.C. defense, Vaggelis Ruvelas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Konstantinos Kapetanos. The Green Hell F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Konstantinos Kapetanos should have stopped the shot. Nestoras Papadelias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstantinos Kapetanos having to interfere. 78 minutes into the game, Iason Iatridis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Green Hell F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave OMONOIA the free kick. Iason Iatridis hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Green Hell F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for OMONOIA.
