Kleanthis Karabelopoulos started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Thalis Papaefthimiou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Glyka Nera FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Thalis Papaefthimiou's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Stathis Seremetidis firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 14 minutes, Kleanthis Karabelopoulos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skafνdhi FC and the Glyka Nera FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kleanthis Karabelopoulos hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 17 played minutes Skafνdhi FC got a freekick which was hit by Stathis Pagonakis. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Marios Tomaras took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Stathis Seremetidis to make any attempt to save it. Stathis Seremetidis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thalis Papaefthimiou's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. With a little luck, Skafνdhi FC's Stathis Seremetidis got control of the ball when Thalis Papaefthimiou tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stathis Seremetidis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thalis Papaefthimiou in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute Kleanthis Karabelopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakis Karvouniaris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Skafνdhi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marios Tomaras came free, but Stathis Seremetidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd match minute, Skafνdhi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasios Marinos to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the match, Petros Kotsios notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Skafνdhi FC's Stathis Seremetidis. Stathis Seremetidis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Skafνdhi FC's Stathis Seremetidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thalis Papaefthimiou in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Petros Kotsios ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stathis Seremetidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. A collision led to Skafνdhi FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Daniil Kotridis hit a great ball. Stathis Seremetidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thalis Papaefthimiou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute Vassilis Fragidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stathis Seremetidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Skafνdhi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenios Ioannidis came free, but Stathis Seremetidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valerios Brizolakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Stathis Seremetidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
