Minas Markomichalis scored 0-2 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Babbis Theocharis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kostas Kostopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Francis Murtopo made a huge save. 13 minutes into the match, Amfithea Hotspur's goal looked a bit too open when Minas Markomichalis came free, but Babbis Theocharis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 minutes, Alekos Lineos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Amfithea Hotspur and the Pap FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 15 minutes into the game, Pap FC's Minas Markomichalis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Babbis Theocharis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 42nd minute Minas Markomichalis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Babbis Theocharis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kostas Kostopoulos made a kick off. Babbis Theocharis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marinos Chatzivelos in the 56th minute. Babbis Theocharis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Minas Markomichalis went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Minas Markomichalis took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Babbis Theocharis to make any attempt to save it. In the 64th match minute, Amfithea Hotspur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandros Vasdekis to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Amfithea Hotspur's goal looked a bit too open when Marinos Chatzivelos came free, but Babbis Theocharis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. From a short distance, Pap FC's Marinos Chatzivelos, in the 71st minute, tried to place the ball behind Babbis Theocharis, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. Amfithea Hotspur's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Marinos Chatzivelos scored to the left of an out of position Babbis Theocharis, making the score, 0-8. In the 90th minute, Minas Markomichalis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pap FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. Pap FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
