Spectators: 149 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kostas Kostopoulos took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Amfithea Hotspur's zone, Sotiris Panagiotopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Babbis Theocharis came out of the goal and Sotiris Panagiotopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Giorgos Antonopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, P.A.O.K. Patras F.C.'s Vladimiros Siomos got a free kick in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kostas Kostopoulos in the 14th minute of play forced P.A.O.K. Patras F.C.'s goalkeeper Aris Tsobanis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Babbis Theocharis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimiros Siomos in the 20th minute of play. In the 25th match minute, Amfithea Hotspur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giorgos Giannou to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Sotiris Panagiotopoulos made a precise shot to the right of Babbis Theocharis. Amfithea Hotspur's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Miltos Chatzidis kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, P.A.O.K. Patras F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alekos Kassanos came free, but Aris Tsobanis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Demis Tavanopoulos made a kick off. Giorgos Antonopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Babbis Theocharis having to interfere. Miltos Chatzidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aris Tsobanis having to interfere. Amfithea Hotspur's Babbis Theocharis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demis Tavanopoulos in the 63rd minute of play. Sotiris Panagiotopoulos hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Aris Tsobanis was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Alekos Kassanos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alekos Kassanos really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Amfithea Hotspur's zone, Akis Christatos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Babbis Theocharis came out of the goal and Akis Christatos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aris Tsobanis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miltos Chatzidis in the 81st minute of play. With an all-out effort, Amfithea Hotspur's Aris Tsobanis threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Markos Miroforidis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 84 minutes, Giorgos Antonopoulos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the P.A.O.K. Patras F.C. and the Amfithea Hotspur players grew even worse after the yellow card. Giorgos Antonopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Aris Tsobanis was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Marinos Roussos. 86 minutes into the game, Kostas Kostopoulos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aris Tsobanis. Kostas Kostopoulos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Thanks to some nice moves Kostas Kostopoulos could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Aris Tsobanis however easily saved by the left post. When Akis Christatos fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored P.A.O.K. Patras F.C.'s protests and gave Akis Christatos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to P.A.O.K. Patras F.C. getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Akis Christatos hit a great ball. Aris Tsobanis made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Alekos Kassanos sent off a good shot on target. The Amfithea Hotspur supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Amfithea Hotspur would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
