In the 5th minute, Cosimo Gaeta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noël Clenet was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Amos Fata kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Noël Clenet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosimo Gaeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Saint Côme de Fresné getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Simon Mertz hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Cosimo Gaeta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bisturi F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 26 minutes into the match, Saint Côme de Fresné's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Azzolina came free, but Noël Clenet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Armin Motta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Noël Clenet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cosimo Gaeta's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Saint Côme de Fresné getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Thibaut Abeille hit a great ball. Noël Clenet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cosimo Gaeta went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Bisturi F.C.'s Ercole Cesare got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosimo Gaeta in the 43rd minute of play forced Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Noël Clenet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armin Motta kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half Bisturi F.C. were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The supporters of Bisturi F.C. booed when Saint Côme de Fresné was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gérard Chambard didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 52nd minute, Ercole Cesare made a precise shot to the right of Noël Clenet. Saint Côme de Fresné's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cosimo Gaeta got free with Noël Clenet in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillaume Barillot in the 71st minute of play forced Bisturi F.C.'s goalkeeper Emanuele Donadoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Saint Côme de Fresné's Guillaume Barillot got a free kick in the 74th minute. Bisturi F.C. made a substitution. Francesco Melone replaced Enzo Muzzatti. A collision led to Saint Côme de Fresné getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Guillaume Barillot hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, Cosimo Gaeta dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Noël Clenet, 1-7. 87 minutes into the match, Cosimo Gaeta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Noël Clenet. Saint Côme de Fresné's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cosimo Gaeta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. After a rather tough play, Bisturi F.C.'s Attilio Uguccioni got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 94th match minute, Saint Côme de Fresné was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Bénier to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Saint Côme de Fresné's zone, Ercole Cesare stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noël Clenet came out of the goal and Ercole Cesare tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 97th minute Comunardo Del Monte suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. When Firmin Boulogne fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saint Côme de Fresné's protests and gave Firmin Boulogne a yellow card for diving instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bisturi F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
