Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sakis Manousos took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute, Fortunato Zara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miltos Kyriazis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. AEK S.C's Miltos Kyriazis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save AEK S.C from getting a goal against them. Fortunato Zara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miltos Kyriazis having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Antonio Iob's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miltos Kyriazis was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Antonio Iob sped through AEK S.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Miltos Kyriazis. After 24 minutes of play, Verbano FC's Fortunato Zara made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miltos Kyriazis was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Verbano FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Fortunato Zara hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Anastasios Lazos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Amerigo Totaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fortunato Zara kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Miltos Kyriazis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fortunato Zara in the 38th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Verbano FC's Antonio Iob slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Miltos Kyriazis. That made the score 5-0 after 39 minutes of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antonio Iob to strike the kick off in the second half. Fortunato Zara scored 6-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miltos Kyriazis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 54 minutes, Giotis Papagiannis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AEK S.C and the Verbano FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 54 played minutes AEK S.C got a freekick which was hit by Giotis Papagiannis. Omiros Argyriou kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Miltos Kyriazis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fortunato Zara, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Fortunato Zara struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Miltos Kyriazis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Verbano FC. 59 minutes into the match, Amerigo Totaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miltos Kyriazis. AEK S.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amerigo Totaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Miltos Kyriazis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Iob, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Sakis Manousos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Aleko Dunov when he managed to save the team from getting behind. AEK S.C's Miltos Kyriazis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Iob in the 77th minute of play. When Sakis Manousos came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the AEK S.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sakis Manousos couldn't finish the play. In the 85th match minute, AEK S.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasios Lazos to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute of the match Davide Zollino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Miltos Kyriazis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Amerigo Totaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miltos Kyriazis having to interfere. AEK S.C's Miltos Kyriazis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amerigo Totaro in the 88th minute of play. Antonio Iob recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 95 played minutes Verbano FC got a freekick which was hit by Amerigo Totaro. There was no doubt that Verbano FC were the better team. Verbano FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
