Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Nelson Cloarec successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Wachira Waaddegaard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Nelson Cloarec made a huge save. 14 minutes into the match, Formation Pure Lyonnaise's goalkeeper Nelson Cloarec had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Giotis Tsalikis. If Gaspard Letourneux had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute Gaspard Letourneux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordanis Batsidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 played minutes Pyrgetos FC got a freekick which was hit by Petros Digozis. Nelson Cloarec came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Pyrgetos FC's Giotis Tsalikis. But to his dismay, Giotis Tsalikis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Pyrgetos FC's Diogenis Kostiadis got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 41st minute Diogenis Kostiadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Cloarec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Pyrgetos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alketas Papantoniou to maneuver through the defense. Iordanis Batsidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davy Giacomoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
