Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alexander Giocondo started the match with the kick off. Damiano Milanese hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Sheriff were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stefanos Vrettos took the corner. After having played for 11 minutes, Daniil Masourakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sheriff's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniil Masourakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Sheriff's Panos Zervidis got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute, Alexander Giocondo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 18th match minute, G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Toschi to maneuver through the defense. Omiros Kaloumenos scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beppe Mannella, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24th minute, Panos Zervidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Argyris Bogias's late challenge caught a G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Argyris Bogias helped the player get up and apologised. 26 minutes into the match, Sheriff's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Giocondo came free, but Manos Melogiannis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Omiros Kaloumenos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Beppe Mannella made a huge save. Sheriff's Manos Melogiannis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano Cericola in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute Dimitris Kapopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beppe Mannella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Sheriff booed when G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Di Maio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sheriff's Manos Melogiannis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Giocondo in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th minute, Dimitris Kapopoulos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Beppe Mannella was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Omiros Kaloumenos to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Rossi. After 57 minutes of play, Sheriff's Dimitris Kapopoulos made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beppe Mannella was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miltos Tokalidis during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sheriff's Miltos Tokalidis got a free kick in the 68th minute. After 69 played minutes, G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Concetto Mingione shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Manos Melogiannis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola reached it. Beppe Mannella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omiros Kaloumenos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Alexander Giocondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 84 played minutes G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola got a freekick which was hit by Concetto Mingione. In the 89th minute of the match G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola got a corner. Sheriff's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Concetto Mingione ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Concetto Mingione to fire away a dangerous shot which Manos Melogiannis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Fabio Rossi got a free kick in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Damiano Cericola was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sheriff the free kick. After a rather tough play, G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola's Damiano Cericola got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Manos Melogiannis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexander Giocondo in the 96th minute. Sheriff were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of G.S. Prisma Fiorenzuola for a fine match.
