After having played for 3 minutes, Anfilogino Di Martino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Black Mount™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Anfilogino Di Martino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Black Mount™ getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Fedele Del Grosso hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonello Venditti in the 25th minute of play forced Lyon 69ers's goalkeeper Gameiro Lenoble to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Black Mount™ booed when Lyon 69ers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Azcarate didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Black Mount™'s goalkeeper Emanuele Cannata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Garrigues. Emanuele Cannata didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robert Garrigues went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 41st minute, Jean-Charles Garros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 minutes, Amedeo Di Lorenzo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Black Mount™ and the Lyon 69ers players grew even worse after the yellow card. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Antonello Venditti made the kick off in the second half. Gameiro Lenoble showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonello Venditti in the 53rd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, Lyon 69ers's goal looked a bit too open when Antonello Venditti came free, but Gameiro Lenoble reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonello Venditti in the 57th minute of play forced Lyon 69ers's goalkeeper Gameiro Lenoble to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Lyon 69ers booed when Black Mount™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonello Venditti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emanuele Cannata stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Garrigues's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 79th match minute, Lyon 69ers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moussa Magniez to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Amedeo Di Lorenzo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles-Henri Maron in the 84th minute of play forced Black Mount™'s goalkeeper Emanuele Cannata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anfilogino Di Martino in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gameiro Lenoble prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 87 minutes of play, Lyon 69ers's Robert Garrigues made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emanuele Cannata was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anfilogino Di Martino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Gameiro Lenoble tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Many of Black Mount™'s supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Black Mount™ may have spent more time on the ball, but Lyon 69ers were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
