A collision led to CLC Winter getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Alberigo Falasca hit a great ball. Armando Garofalo kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Fabiano Paglione received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Arrigo Righi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emilio Galeone kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Bruno Forlano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armin Mazza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CA Boca Jrs's Fabiano Paglione was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 12th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Arrigo Righi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Epifani, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. The audience was convinced that Fabiano Paglione's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arrigo Righi was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, CLC Winter's Cristoforo Balboni got a free kick in the 19th minute. Fabiano Paglione was slow to take the kick. During this time CA Boca Jrs's players had a chance to rest. A well done corner resulted in Aurelio Epifani drilling the ball in to score 2-0 behind CLC Winter's goalkeeper. 31 minutes into the match, CLC Winter's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Paglione came free, but Arrigo Righi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armin Mazza hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Arrigo Righi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabiano Paglione in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match CA Boca Jrs got a corner. CLC Winter's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fabiano Paglione ran over to the corner to take the kick. CA Boca Jrs's Armando Garofalo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arrigo Righi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Arrigo Righi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Paglione, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Arrigo Righi was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Fabiano Paglione capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fabiano Paglione really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antonio Vieri to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Busillo in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arrigo Righi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 55th minute Fabiano Paglione shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arrigo Righi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alberigo Falasca fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CLC Winter's protests and gave Alberigo Falasca a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes CLC Winter got a freekick which was hit by Alberigo Falasca. Emilio Galeone hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Bruno Forlano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonio Vieri in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind CLC Winter's goalkeeper Arrigo Righi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Vittorio in the 65th minute of play forced CLC Winter's goalkeeper Arrigo Righi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arrigo Righi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Paglione, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Arrigo Righi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aurelio Epifani's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Bruno Forlano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antonio Vieri went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 80 minutes into the match, CLC Winter's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Paglione came free, but Arrigo Righi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arrigo Righi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabiano Paglione in the 84th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Aurelio Epifani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arrigo Righi was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 92nd minute, Fabiano Paglione got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Fabiano Paglione had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arrigo Righi. CLC Winter's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabiano Paglione was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. CA Boca Jrs's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
