Florian Moscatelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beppe Rivera in the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Longobarda's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fabiano Tatangelo was slow to take the kick. During this time Gladiator FC's players had a chance to rest. Fabiano Tatangelo made a great header on Gladiator FC's corner, it was just that Longobarda's Florian Moscatelli managed to reach the ball for a save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

53 minutes into the match, Gladiator FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Canzano came free, but Aurelio Epifani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fortunato Vanni was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Fabiano Tatangelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurelio Epifani came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Longobarda's Fortunato Vanni. But to his dismay, Fortunato Vanni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Florian Moscatelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferruccio Rinaldi in the 92nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferruccio Rinaldi in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florian Moscatelli saved Longobarda from getting behind.
