Eraldo Taglieri kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Unione Sportiva's Dimosthenis Malihoudis got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Gladiator FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandros Gavril came free, but Aurelio Epifani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Unione Sportiva's Antonis Samios nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurelio Epifani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.

The wind increased when Alexandros Gavril made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Ferruccio Rinaldi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Seleykos Sklavenitis was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. In the 70thth minute of the game Ferruccio Rinaldi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unione Sportiva's Seleykos Sklavenitis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 72nd minute Augeias Pezos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Epifani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Alexandros Gavril recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aurelio Epifani. Alexandros Gavril showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gladiator FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dimosthenis Malihoudis was slow to take the kick. During this time Unione Sportiva's players had a chance to rest. Antonis Samios could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Aurelio Epifani made a huge save. Seleykos Sklavenitis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferruccio Rinaldi in the 81st minute of play. Alexandros Gavril's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Aurelio Epifani skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 95 minutes into the game, Alexandros Gavril recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aurelio Epifani. Alexandros Gavril showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-5. The Gladiator FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Unione Sportiva were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
