In the 22nd minute, Léonard Beuve got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Léonard Beuve's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Panos Drambas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. If Simon Collinet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simon Collinet in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Panos Drambas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Léonard Beuve in the 32nd minute of play forced ERGOTELIS's goalkeeper Panos Drambas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Avel Vat's Aymerick Thellier managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Giorgos Terzakis in the 42 minute of the game. Léonard Beuve scored 0-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Panos Drambas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Léonard Beuve to make the kick off. With an all-out effort, Avel Vat's Panos Drambas threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Simon Collinet, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After taking down the ball on Avel Vat's corner Simon Collinet fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Panos Drambas quite easily take care of the ball. In the 64th minute, Léonard Beuve made a precise shot to the right of Panos Drambas. ERGOTELIS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Léonard Beuve took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Panos Drambas to make any attempt to save it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Giorgos Terzakis during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 73rd match minute, ERGOTELIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giorgos Terzakis to maneuver through the defense. ERGOTELIS's Panos Drambas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Collinet in the 89th minute of play. Panos Drambas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmid Le Bastard in the 90th minute. In the 96th minute, Bakary Soula hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
