Claudio Ruggeri struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Florian Moscatelli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zola Predosa FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Anfilogino Di Persio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Longobarda's supporters rose to their feet, but Anfilogino Di Persio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Felli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 16 minutes into the match, Zola Predosa FC's goalkeeper Anselmo Felli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fortunato Vanni. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Longobarda's goalkeeper Florian Moscatelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ennio Scafati in the 23rd minute of play forced Longobarda's goalkeeper Florian Moscatelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudio Ruggeri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Fortunato Vanni could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Anselmo Felli however easily saved by the left post. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Anselmo Felli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Zola Predosa FC's Francesco Ciccone got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zola Predosa FC's goalkeeper Anselmo Felli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 43rd match minute, Zola Predosa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Ruggeri to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Armin Verdone from long distance, 44 minutes into the match, got Anselmo Felli's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Longobarda's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ennio Scafati was slow to take the kick. During this time Zola Predosa FC's players had a chance to rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabiano Canzano was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Fabiano Canzano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Ennio Scafati took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Florian Moscatelli to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Zola Predosa FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Bianco Ricci hit a great ball. Claudio Ruggeri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudio Ruggeri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Moscatelli having to interfere. Longobarda's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Claudio Ruggeri scored to the left of an out of position Florian Moscatelli, making the score, 0-2. After having played for 76 minutes, Ennio Scafati managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zola Predosa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ennio Scafati was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Ruggeri in the 80th minute of play forced Longobarda's goalkeeper Florian Moscatelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabiano Canzano scored 1-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anselmo Felli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fabiano Canzano took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anselmo Felli. Anselmo Felli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Fortunato Vanni kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute of the match Ennio Scafati sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florian Moscatelli skillfully saved the ball. When Beppe Ronca fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zola Predosa FC's protests and gave Beppe Ronca a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Zola Predosa FC's zone, Fortunato Vanni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anselmo Felli came out of the goal and Fortunato Vanni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
