Trifillia.FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Claudio Ruggeri scored to the left of an out of position Panagiotis Kolleris, making the score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Davide De Paolis got free with Panagiotis Kolleris in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Panagiotis Kolleris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Ruggeri, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Trifillia.FC's Panagiotis Kolleris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davide De Paolis in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Ennio Scafati had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Panagiotis Kolleris. Trifillia.FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ennio Scafati was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Panagiotis Kolleris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Ruggeri in the 16th minute of the match. Panagiotis Kolleris made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Davide De Paolis sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Dimos Violopoulos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anselmo Felli was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Panagiotis Kolleris was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Zola Predosa FC booed when Trifillia.FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimos Violopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Makis Chiotis's late challenge caught a Zola Predosa FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Makis Chiotis helped the player get up and apologised. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

Claudio Ruggeri scored 7-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Panagiotis Kolleris, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 57th match minute, Zola Predosa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ennio Scafati to maneuver through the defense. Anselmo Felli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dimos Violopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Trifillia.FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ennio Scafati came free, but Panagiotis Kolleris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panagiotis Kolleris didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ennio Scafati went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Makis Chiotis hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute of the match Ennio Scafati shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Panagiotis Kolleris showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Anthimos Tsiantakis came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Trifillia.FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anthimos Tsiantakis couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Zola Predosa FC fully deserved thier win.
