Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anselmo Robbiati started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Daniele Tabacco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filippo Di Girolamo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Montesacro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Camillo Travaglini came free, but Fabiano Barillari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Pollastrini's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fabiano Barillari firmly grabbed it by the left post. Schuster's Filippo Di Girolamo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Tabacco in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camillo Travaglini in the 20th minute of play forced Montesacro FC's goalkeeper Fabiano Barillari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st match minute, Schuster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damiano Cieri to maneuver through the defense. Fabiano Barillari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camillo Travaglini in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Montesacro FC booed when Schuster was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ercole Grande didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Anselmo Robbiati ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filippo Di Girolamo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Fabiano Barillari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camillo Travaglini, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. If Ercole Grande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristoforo Andreola charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristoforo Andreola the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Schuster getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Cristoforo Andreola hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christian Pollastrini got free with Fabiano Barillari in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 38 minutes into the match, Anselmo Robbiati notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Schuster's Filippo Di Girolamo. Filippo Di Girolamo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 41st match minute, Montesacro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demetrio Flammini to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Montesacro FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Camillo Travaglini was the one to do the kick off. Daniele Tabacco hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 52nd minute Christian Pollastrini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabiano Barillari saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filippo Di Girolamo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Di Martino, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Edmondo Monzeglio's late challenge caught a Schuster's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmondo Monzeglio helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 61 minutes, Ciro Di Martino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montesacro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Di Martino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Schuster's Filippo Di Girolamo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Robbiati in the 63rd minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Montesacro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristoforo Andreola came free, but Fabiano Barillari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Barillari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camillo Travaglini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Montesacro FC's Daniele Tabacco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Fabiano Barillari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ercole Grande in the 75th minute of the match. Fabiano Barillari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camillo Travaglini in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camillo Travaglini in the 85th minute of play forced Montesacro FC's goalkeeper Fabiano Barillari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 91 minutes into the game, when Filippo Del Vecchio put in a rough tackle. After a rather tough play, Schuster's Filippo Del Vecchio got a free kick in the 91st minute. 92 minutes into the match, Schuster's goalkeeper Filippo Di Girolamo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Robbiati. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Montesacro FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
