Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Attilio Sacchi took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 2 played minutes Sconvols United got a freekick which was hit by Shingo Aoi. In the 6th minute, Attilio Sacchi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 8 minutes into the game, Sconvols United's Carmine Gagliano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelo Tacco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Sconvols United's goalkeeper Angelo Di Salvatore had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Attilio Sacchi. Calenzano's Anthony Doris suffered a concussion after 13 minutes and had to leave the field. 13 minutes into the game, Carmine Gagliano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sconvols United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calenzano the free kick. Calenzano made a substitution. Amos Walcher replaced Anthony Doris. After 14 played minutes Sconvols United got a freekick which was hit by Carmine Gagliano. Carmine Gagliano struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Angelo Tacco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sconvols United. The audience thought a goal was coming when Attilio Sacchi got free with Angelo Di Salvatore in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Attilio Sacchi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Angelo Di Salvatore made a huge save. In the 35th minute, Camillo Paolini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Calenzano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Angelo Tacco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmine Gagliano in the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmine Gagliano in the 45th minute of play forced Calenzano's goalkeeper Angelo Tacco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carmine Gagliano to make the kick off. Carmine Gagliano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Angelo Tacco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd match minute, Calenzano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amos Walcher to maneuver through the defense. Sconvols United's Francesco Di Sante got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, Sconvols United's goal looked a bit too open when Attilio Sacchi came free, but Angelo Di Salvatore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Calenzano's Angelo Tacco got control of the ball when Edmondo Gervasi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Carmine Gagliano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelo Tacco. Calenzano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carmine Gagliano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. When Edmondo Gervasi came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Sconvols United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmondo Gervasi couldn't finish the play. Attilio Sacchi charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Attilio Sacchi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sconvols United booed when Calenzano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Attilio Sacchi didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Carmine Gagliano came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Sconvols United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carmine Gagliano couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Calenzano's Cosimo Peca got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After 84 played minutes Calenzano got a freekick which was hit by Cosimo Peca. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Francesco Di Sante managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sconvols United's supporters rose to their feet, but Francesco Di Sante was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Tacco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Sconvols United supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sconvols United would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
