Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Demetrio Borrelli started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Donato Amatori's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Carciofo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Franco De Marco kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Cesate's Bruno Carciofo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Amatori in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute of the match Alba FC got a corner. Cesate's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Andrea Iannotti ran over to the corner to take the kick. Andrea Iannotti made a great header on Alba FC's corner, it was just that Cesate's Bruno Carciofo managed to reach the ball for a save. 18 minutes into the match, Cesate's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Di Iorio came free, but Bruno Carciofo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrea Banana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Demetrio Borrelli in the 20th minute of play. Andrea Banana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ennio Grasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrea Banana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ennio Grasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Federico Di Iorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donato Amatori stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, Cesate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eraldo Di Matteo to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th match minute, Cesate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco De Marco to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Cesate booed when Alba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fortunato Carlini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciro Cino hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Fortunato Carlini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 78 minutes, Adriano Di Marco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cesate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adriano Di Marco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With 81 minutes on the clock, Alberigo Di Michele commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 82 played minutes Alba FC got a freekick which was hit by Alberigo Di Michele. In the 82nd minute of the match Adriano Di Marco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andrea Banana skillfully saved the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Cesate's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Cino came free, but Bruno Carciofo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Demetrio Borrelli got free with Andrea Banana in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andrea Banana made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Demetrio Borrelli sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cesate eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
